2020 - Before it Began

”How to improve global supply chains?” was always a question that intrigued our Founder, Shalabh Singhal, who has been a serial technology entrepreneur. The COVID-19 pandemic caused major disruptions among global supply chains, proving the need for a robust supply chain intelligence platform. Shalabh’s question turned into an idea. This idea would eventually grow to be Trademo’s first product - Trade Intel.

June 2020 - Small Beginnings

In the month of June 2020, Trademo was incorporated, ready to go with an idea in mind, an idea to build a single source of truth for global supply chains.

March 2021 - The Launch of Trade Intel

Trademo developed its proprietary algorithms using Big Data, NLP & ML to source, clean and process billions of trade transactions around the world. Trade Intel helps global supply chain participants to leverage insights from trade data for key supply chain decisions.

April 2021 - First Customer

For every new business, the first customer is the most important. A mere few weeks after the launch of Intel, we onboarded our first customer.

November 2021 - Seed Funding of $12.5 Million

With global supply chain disruptions becoming more prevalent, Trademo received lot of interest from Investors. We successfully closed our Seed Round of $12.5 mn from marquee tech investors.

December 2021 - Launch of Trade Data API

Trademo’s launched Trade Data API that helps customers get a constant stream of supply chain data into their business software with simple APIs.

March 2022 - 100+ Businesses

Within 1 year of launching our product, Trademo successfully onboarded 100+ businesses around the world and helped them unlock the full potential of global supply chain intelligence.

October 2022 - Compliance Launch

Trademo launched its import-export compliance platform that lets businesses meet trade compliance norms and calculate accurate landed costs for their shipments.

November 2022 - Sanctions Screener Launch

Sanctions Screener is our new denied party screening platform that protects businesses from sanctioned entities by helping them screen entities/individuals across 500+ sanction lists.

December 2022 - Top Tech Startup Award

Trademo was chosen as the top tech startup for 2022 by Supply & Demand Chain Executive for its solutions that help businesses create safer, smarter, & more efficient supply chains.
